Most products that are preorders can either be paid in full or with a partial deposit. UK orders that have preorders with different release dates or with items that are currently in stock will be shipped separately as and when they are available. Worldwide orders will be shipped once all items are available
Cancellations
Products marked as a ‘Preorder’ are not eligible for refunds or cancellations. As preorders and backorders are a special request item we cannot accept cancellations or returns on these items unless the item is damaged or the wrong product is received, in the case where a deposit has been paid if the customer refuses to pay the remaining balance when the product(s) on the order arrive and are ready to be shipped then the customer will forfeit the deposit paid and product(s) on the order.
